dude my 3 year old cousin came up with a better game than that
Having worked in retail, most places basically tell you to make the customer as happy as possible, even if that means returning a toaster that is obviously 3 years old, and had this come to the supervisor in real life, I'm pretty sure she would have been fired on the spot.
