Good, but...
Didn't hold my attention. I've probably just seen so many of these that I don't pay that much attention anymore. Great job on what you did, but I'll ding you a little just because it's been done...a lot.

I really love when artists use sound and improvise their work around that, it just seems like so much effort was put into it and works really well! Even better that you used sprites which is even more limiting than working around the sound! Great work!
Action looked a bit slow.
If you sped up the animation, it would look much cooler. Because of this, whenever Neo or Smith attack or hit each other, their punches and kicks feel weak.
And I read your FAQ, but not making their faces green would of made it nicer too. :P
