Most of the other phoenix wrong fan flashes suck but this made me laugh a bit so i give you a 7.

If u mean permission, I dont need any cuz I dont rip any jokes, I use creds and I think Phoenix Wrong are more than accepted. And the only stuff from another flash I used was the one from MSG awesome.
If u recognize anything else from other flash's then they used the audio clips from famous movies or
series just like me.
