Why I don't think your animation is terrible. I do think sabooya is right about what he says about your speedy pace. You have a really good story going on, just take a little more time on it and you'll have gold.
Good but could of been great.
Once of the biggest challenges anyone faces who makes an episodic series is making each episode it's own unique story, or at least making it interesting. In this case, this episode is more like just a piece chipped off of the main story. That isn't enough to keep people waiting for Number 3.
Think about it like a book. A good author will complete some part of the story within each chapter, yet at the same time leave another part of the story open, making you want to see what happens next.
The first episode was ok because it was an introduction to the story, but this one ended very abruptly, and in the middle of a fight scene? There needs to be completion in some form or another.
Regarding the animation itself, I was particularly disappointed at the part where the guys shot up the bar. The muzzle flashes were just little yellow shapes twitching a little. Have you seen a real muzzle flash? They are large and they don't just twitch, they flash. If I were you I would of added more 'effects' to the muzzle flashes, as well as to the stand that was getting shot up (was that what it was? I honestly couldn't tell). It could of been a very awesome scene if you would of shown cups and plates and barrels getting shot up and destroyed.
And I liked all of the voice acting, except the voice of the main character seemed a little out of place.

You released this a day after the first one, obviously you took little notice of my review. You are releasing these too fast, and teh flash shows it. There is either a sketched background or a blank white one. your top down camerashots leave all people so it looks as if they are lieing on the ground. 99% of this flash is motiontween and it looks TERRIBLE with your hand drawn/anime characters. The STORY is GREAT, but each episode is too short. If you combined the first and second episode into one episode it would have been much better. TAKE YOUR TIME RELEASING THESE SPEND 1-2 weeks on 1 episode at least. MAKE IT LOOK GOOD, make walking animations, not like a bouncing drawing or feet leaning forward and back. I'll rate even lower on your next one if it has no improvements.

As for releasing them to fast, the reason I did that was because the first ep has been finshed for a long time and I just got both of them voiced at the same time. I do agree with what you are saying though. In the next and later eps there will be more action plus fxf. I will also try to slow things down b/c I can see what you mean when I go back and watch it. Thanks you all for your reviews and helpful commentary. The next one should be much better.
