It's based on "The Melencholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". Right now you can see episodes of the online spin-off "The Melencholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya" on KADOKAWA's Youtube Channel as of this writing. The downside is that the videos only stay on there for a limited amount of time.
