Unique, yet ordinary.
It's nothing special really, but seeing the drawing process was interesting. Next time, get your character into action so we can see how original he really is.
I kinda liked the smiley face anyhow, added a little bit of irony to the character.

I'm really not sure what all the commotion is about. It's not animation at all, and it's an average, below average illustration. Your line of action makes no sence. In fact, you didn't even draw a line of action. Which makes no sence if you're trying to portray yourself as an animator or illustrator. It's not really a bad job, I just think people need to understand that they are going a bit too crazy over something "no offence" mediocre.
the colours are good, but you could have gone into more detail...
