This is like the 10th time of watching it. I think that the style of music mixed with the ruff and "child-like" animation and art works together so well. If you had amazing quality of art and animation this would have been just an ordinary piece.
All gives off a feel that really works together.
You look at southpark. It wouldn't be the same if that was a high-quality animated series would it?
