Nice, but glitch?
Great 'zombie' trivia but i think the question regarding "check for bites" has a glitch - all of them lead to death. =(
Rather than start over every time you get the answer wrong, you should have a cumulative score and based on that score, people can die in different ways or actually survive. Adds more work but the game would be more enjoyable that way.
Good start. Keep it up.

...done already? I'll give you points for the work you did, though. Nice audio, nothing much in the graphics area, so can't say much about that.

It's too close to that successful game actually called zombie survival, only it's less imaginative. It needed some kinda music, so you can actually build some suspense. You gotta imagine that someone's at home in the dark pissing their pants while taking the quiz

Good game, it's just some of those zombies I've seen in other games, which is ok.
