It was ok
It was ok, it just seemed to be too repetitive. I had the feeling that some sub-conscious inspiration may be derived from Wild E. Coyote and the Road Runner episodes with all the multiple deaths from one contraption, but that would this idea unoriginal, and hence, my standards for making it funny higher. I think a suggestion for the future with this type of flash would be to make the deaths more shocking (not necessarily with explicit detail, but with fresh ideas). Another possibility is to change the style in which the content is presented, so people are always kept guessing. For instance, start with a scene filled with utter destruction, and then slow motion backwards, filling in all the gory details of what happened to this person. Just a thought. Otherwise, it's definitely on the right track.
