I think that if you are going to make a small loop like this one you should put in more detail, maybe do it frame by frame, instead of motion tween.(at least I think you motion tweened it, forgive me if I am wrong xD) I think you should also put an epilepsy warning in the author comments section, so that people dont have seizures :-). 7-8/10 if you upped the drawing quality.
Overall though, it's a funny flash, good job. (Y)

2. it is frame by frame. i think that's pretty obvious
3. epilepsy warning is not necessary as strobe effects need to be viewed for at least 7 seconds before they can cause seizure and anyone worried about it could easily close the window long before this time.
Didn't like it actually
I do not think it is bad but i must say that it wasn't a masterpiece. Music is kinda nice but this flash is too simple, boring and cheap to be one of my favourites. I'm not an Irish though so probably i didn't understand this joke.
