I really like the piecture you made, it does feel exactly like fallout. To the ppoint where I knew it wqs fallout simply from the angle and the feel of the mpicture. You captured that desolate emptiness of the world in this highly contrasted black-and-white image perfectly.

Good start. But would you like to stick to the plot of the game or you will try to tell your own story in the game universe? Or something in the middle? Because if it only will be chain of main events from the game it wouldn't be so much interesting. I think there is bigger potential in storytelling outside the plot.
Your the only artist I see on the popular category which is not click-bate boob cancer. Go to popular for art right now and all you will see is crappy anime porn cancer, from the circle jerk of untalented artists. I am sorry this is a rant, but you need to be congratulated for getting attention without using click-bate pron. Great work keep t up! This piece is incredible well done and the line-work is great.

The overall visuals kinda remind me of Sin City with the contrasting black and white.

For this one it is going to be what is considered cannon. There is a lot of documentation on the original fallout and what is and isn't cannon.
