Not bad first go
Not bad for a first go at it. I'm sure things will come together a bit more smoothly as time goes on.
I've read the other reviews and seen what they've suggested. The only other thing I could add would be how the camera moved during the scenes. It seemed like you were attempting to pull off an effect as if the camera was a handy-cam, or that it constantly needed to find it's focus. Not a bad idea, but it happened too often and was a bit too jaggedy. It sort of made me dizzy.
Good start
However, the shaky camera gave me a head ache by the end of it... Its a good idea, but you need to learn the balance of when to use it and when to keep it steady.

On the moon, there isn't enough gravity to walk normally. You sort of hop. Not sure if you care... The voice acting could've sounded a bit more authentic.
Yeah i don't care. haha. but the voice acting is good. it was her first time doing it and i liked her voice. get over it.

Not bad. Most of what I would advise is already below in mass quantities. But I would like to say that the random shaking was really hard on the eyes. Overall though, it's a cool start.
a good start
this has great potential, just... a few things, the Movement of the characters where unnatrual, and seemed sloppy. the story moved WAY too fast for a first episode, Now if this was a Pilot episode it would be a Hugh difference, the Art was nice, and looked good, but too many holes in the story, and too many things too fast, this probably woulda ended good for a first episode if you cut it in half, and make the first half longer, with more detail. but hey you got talent, i'll give ya that, i just guess the Wrtiers strike Really took its Toll.
