it was good but u have some probs:
strugling at the warter tank
running at the hall
too much detail on the aliens
and it was too short
i was just not satisfied from you working on it for along time

umm i did not finish it.
after she busts out and starts killing the aliens that gave her the suit/powers whatever i stopped. why would they do that..so she could kill them?
but the body movement is really awkward. Im not saying I could do better, but it was. I was bothered watching their movements. Plus, shaking the camera around constantly does not constitute an action theme or anything, it's kindof just a headache.
I like the pixar mock in the beginning, i lol'ed. other than that, didn't like it,

The art was great, no comment on that, just that it's good. The animations however need some work in my opinion, it's not really fluid and make all the movements look sort of goofy. It wasn't really disturbing though.
Storywise, it's sorta vague and a bit rushed. But as you said, there's gonna be more episodes so I'll trust you will clear up a lot of questions and that sort of thing. :)
Voice acting was great, real life-like, makes the animation alot more serious.
As for the music, I can only say that the tracks you chose are awesome. I'm a big fan of the Half-Life series and I can only guess that you are as well. :)
That's that, keep up the good work and try to get the animations done a bit better. Not saying that I'm better at it, not anywhere close, but you know. ;)

Interesting.
I'm all for a complex and unknown storyline but this was just too farfetched for my liking. Loved the animation, needs some cleanup on the voices though. I'm looking forward to the next one though.
