A slow start that got better... heh, Mario the ass
A solid three, and so better than average. The intro was just weird, but it soon got better. The humour kept me grinning from start to finish, and the Bowser scene was genuinely funny, a hilarious crossover to the usual hero-villain roles! It plays on Mario's ego a bit and gives the normallysimple hero a new (and thouroughly nasty) personality which goes together with a totally out-of-character megalomania streak! All in all a great concept well pulled off. I'll be interested in that promised sequel!
