dude this is possible the best game ive ever played! i mean really, its not often that you get to play a game with flak cannons, plus the level up system. i really have no suggestions on how to improve it, besides making the hindenburgs i wee bit weaker ; )
Worthy game indeed but..
Definitely a fun game to play, and a game that takes seveal days to complete.
It might get tough in the later levels so make sure to complete all levels at 5
stars to gain maximum veterancy. Some tips:
*SPOILERS for people who wants to investigate things by themselves*
-Make sure to upgrade your cannon, its your everything in here.
-Shoot in the middle of all the ballons, your cannon does AOE and damages seveal ballons with your flaks.
-Rocket launchers seems to be the only truely fuctional secondary weapons. At lvl 20 you should manage to build 3-4 without losing them. These babies can and will destroy a regular balloon in one hit, and will change direction if targeted ballon suddenly gets destroyed. With apr. 2000dmg they will tear the regular big ballons up nice, to make you finish the job.
- Make sure to eventually launch the different artillery-supports from time to time. Especially when your cannon runs out of spare ammo and therefor shoots slower. Early in the game, it is almoste nessecary to fire them when incountering big ballons, but later you can manage do the job without.
- The boss ballons have much health! So primary target at sight. They do come flying with other big ballons, but regularly as the last one, so rocket launchers should do much of the work destroying the big ones before the really big one.
- To make sure you get enough veterancy, try throwing some points in the veterancy bonus upgrade. You dont want to spend 10-20 min a battle to only recieve an outcome of 4-3 stars.
- When a big ballon is approaching, wait until seveal other small ones is within the big ballons range, so you will be able to hit all the ballons and your ammo will have time to reproduce. This strategy is of course a No-no if the big ballon starts to reach the middle of the map without any sight of small ones. You should be able to figure out when its too late or not.
- Revisit old levels that you havent 5 stared, and make sure you get it.
- Points cannot be refunded, so use wisely.

One thing that annoyed me, beside the boss ballons having huge amounts of health, is that you cannot refund your upgrade points. In a game that takes much of your time, you dont want to throw 4 points or more in upgrades you dont want or need. Perhaps you should enable it, so that you either gets a few retries for your points, or perhaps bying them back with your veterancy points, at the expense of geting harder to lvl-up, i dont know.
Beside that, great game, worth 10 stars.

wickid game! popping balloons was never so fun
love the graphics, the style and the scale, you took a simple concept and made it epic. very impressive game. cant comment on the sound as my speakers are busted, but on the strength of the visuals and game play alone i give this a well deserved 10. cant wait to see more from you.

it took really long to open all badges and finish all the game with highest score but i must say.. i'm waiting for second game.....
