Alright, but boring.
The dancing/singing joke was overplayed just a bit too much. I'd remove the car crash scene, since that was where the joke became worn out and unfunny to me. I feel that leaving in the last dance would be fine, since there's enough of a pause that you don't entirely expect it, but having the same joke done (slowly) four times in a row was too much.
I will say however, that when the mask guy started dancing/singing it was the most hilarious thing I've seen all day. Totally caught me off guard. great job :)
So, all-in-all, there's room for improvement, but it's not that bad. I'd just suggest you work on the slow pacing/repetitiveness a bit more, and you'll have a great product!

The epitome of meh.
This is so meh, it's more meh than anything I've ever seen before. The animation is pretty good, but not fantastic, the sounds are ok quality, but there's a little volume inconsistency. The movie is sorta funny, but it goes on just a little too long, which makes you really aware it's an inside joke. So all in all, meh.
