Reviews for "Star Wars: Rogue Squadron"

I'd recommend a top down scroller...

Because you can't freeking dodge the damn enemy fire. Also the game doesn't register half shots I fire so I can't even shoot things down before they fire at me. Also why do all the enemies always hit? I don't remember that from Rogue Sqaudron. I'd say potential is high, but my rating is only counting what's there.

didnt like it...

but i did play it to the near end...
you re created every thing ok but the game was a little slow...
if was ok

Not perfect, but made me smile.

This brings me back to playing Rogue Squadron on the GC and 64. It has the same feel, with good sound quality and all the iconic parts from the movies.

The gameplay needs some work. Seeing your blasters, better hit detection and backgrounds that aren't so sparse and dull would bring this game to a whole new level.

Im a big starwars fan.but this game could of been

needs work

ummm

LOTS of potential here. The lack of being able to see blaster fire is inexcusable. Also, you need more variety to it. The Yavin IV mission is a bore, and this could easily be remedied by adding something new from time to time (ex., better detail on the death star, its not flat you know.) Also add some extras like getting a bonus for destroying all the deflection towers, killing a certain number of TIE fighters, etc. Use your imagination, and this could be a great flash representation of many peoples' favorite n64 game. Until then, listen to the advice people give, and thro in a bit more effort and ill think youll have it nailed.
