Here's the thing. Yah, there are bitter indie kids out there who are like that just because they're not doing so hot socially, and really they just wish that everyone was more like them, or that they were more like everyone else. On the other hand, there are plenty of indie kids who are really cool and whom everybody loves. It's all about attitude, and it's nothing specific to indies. It's true nerds, geeks, dweebs, and outcasts of all types, not to mention jocks, who aren't always popular, either. So.... it's well done, and fairly witty, but not all that insightful, I think. You get an 8 for quality anyway.
