Crummy
I thought it was pretty dumb. The sound was really hard to hear, and the graphics were just okay. It's a good idea, but it just goes too fast and too humorless to be any real fun.
When will it all end?
Ok sure it was funny when there were some DBZ films coming into Newgrounds. But, movies like this give a bad name to DBZ in every way. First of all some retard gets the idea "Duh..maybe if I can make a good DBZ film it will get ranked high." is this case it isnt going to happen. I think from now on if your going to make a DBZ flick that you should actually put some effort into it and use the right tools, not having some shitty microphone and some terrible sound clips. Nothing about this film was actually good, that why I am giving this a straight zero. Wish there was a -10 on this list, or I would have done that.

This was okay...
The artwork wasn't too good, except for the mouths moving, and aaahhh, Trace Bitmap on the DBZ characters. I really, really enjoyed the ending, "President assassinated by a pretzel". BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Try and improve the sound quality, you could really tell it was a microphone.
