wow this takes me back
I love the music and graphic style, it feels like i'm playing an old classic game on emulator :D
I haven't quite figured out what to do in the game yet, I can't seem to be able to rescue anyone..... oh well I'll figure it out

Glad you like the game. Its slightly different than our usual more polished produce but it has been great to go back to the good old days.
We really enjoyed making this game (even though it was dead hard) and did not know what the response would be.

I haven't beat the game, but it's pretty fun to try. I haven't even saved one family member yet, and I doubt I Will until there is a walkthrough. ( I r dum) But from what I see I like. I only took off a point for that very annoying intro, I guess it was trying to be like a dial up connection type of thing?
I'd love to play this game again with unpixelated graphics too, but I guess that was the whole point.
That my friend was a tape loading sequence like on the ZX Spectrum. Well before the Internet or PC's.

Ultimately amazing, took me maybe half a dozen tries to get everything right, but it wasn't frustrating. I found the intro screen thing to be a little long and even annoying, even though there was a skip button I think it would've been better if it was pretty much the same just sped up a little.
We wanted to make the game 1980's style with the tape loading screen. It is slightly annoying but thats the 80's, there were many annoying things...
We did add the skip button even though in my heart and I thought it was wrong.
Just amazing
This game is very refreshing, but ultimately and unfortunately very short. Please work towards developing more games like this, and possibly add more levels and other events.
We will make more, much more...

We were planning to release this game on Friday but I had to help the girlfriend move house. Anyway as I am clearing out her cupboards I find a boxed ZX Spectrum+ with a tape deck.
Unplugged the wii and xbox, got 500 spectrum games, will play.
So getting into the retro again. Expect more stuff like this to come.
