Great song. I think it's arranged very well and I realy like who you are slowly "fading" from the clean and soft guitar to the distorted part. The changeover between those two parts is done very good.
I also like the melody you used in this song. It's very intense and somehow a bit sad.

I love the harmonizing guitars, both clean and distorted! It could use a little percusion, but other then that, it's good.
