I liked the graphics, your take on a Platypus ( 3 eyes? cool :) and the music and sound effects were fun.
Like the others said, it is rather easy, and once you get to the monkeys and cheese, the background becomes almost annoying. I suggest you add in some negative floaty things, maybe some different types of positive floaty things ( like power ups) and adjust the difficulty curve. I had the most trouble at the very beginning and just before 200k ( around 190k I guess).
All in all, I liked it. Great idea, good visuals and audio and pretty fun. Less repetition and it would have gotten a 5/10 instead of a 3/8.

I'm giving an 8 because although the graphics were fun, especially once you made it to space, but it was fairly basic. Good job!
