For a first attempt, it was nice.
If you continue to train hard, in the future, you will do some nice animation.
You should put sound effects, you'll get better score with.

Almost scared me there for a second
I thought it was all going to be on a plain white background or with ( no offense or anything) poorly drawn background. But you saved yourself to some props to you.
Little things you might want to fix. You color of text...White doesn't do the job. May I suggest adding a text box. Like have a little box with Naruto/ Neji face and put the text there. Also PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T PUT "Believe it" EVER! Please and thank you. I am looking forward to part 2 and I hope that you make some improvements.
P.S. What you might want to do is watch some of the other Naruto sprite movies and see what they did. Like sound effects for their movements/attacks/weapons.

lol.....dont worry no "believe it" will be included in part 2.
and also with the white, i couldn't really find a good color that worked on that background.....so ya a text box might work. Oh and also with the sound effects, i have seen alot of sprite movies and i personally believe that the sound effects can be annoying/take away from the music...so maybe....i'm not sure
goof for a first try
dude for a first try that was pretty sweet... the effects were nice, backgrounds were pretty cool... sound effects were lacking but never the less the music was well placed... you could have made the story line not the standard Naruto one... i think that was your only week point... and i agree with cowdoy... you do need a text box cuz that whole text thing just made it more apparent that this was your first flash work... but still props on an excellent first submission
Well...
At least it wasn't Rock Lee vs. Neji this time. Animation was smooth too, and the way Naruto acted (Like a childish fool who has dreams that will probably never come true but will any way because he's the main character) was spot on.

I have always prided myself on smooth animation (well not really ^.^) i spent along time just trying to make it seem as if these characters were real.

IT wasnt all that bad. I encourage U 2 make another one. because I honestly liked it. All it probably wood have served better as a game. oh and i liked that 'kunais r' us part. :)
