I've watched all the episodes heard the musics, I couldn't hold myself and had to post something here, especially to mention these sorts of goose bumps when hearing the referrences to MC5 and MC7, brings back all the epicness lost after a whole year of waiting :p

Basically, the worlds gone to shit, so I think the music fits better after you watch madness 9. If your new to the series, then of course it will sound very off at first. I think this is the "What will we do now, and can we even do it?" Stage of madness music. Personally, the half screams are an awesome addition, but I keep wanting to compare them to sirens. Or elephants.
Compare away my friend! Just hear what you want to hear and whether it's good or bad, it's your experience to have!
I really didn't think this fit the whole cartoon..
It just felt way too intense for the beginning and middle, I got that it was a bunch of remixes and that was cool and all, but still, it felt a bit misplaced. It was still a good song-mix but for an opening where two guys are hunting down some extroadinarily powerful figure I expected something that maybe led up to this - this music sounds like it fits Tricky more than it does the Auditor. But that's just me.
I hear what you're saying. It was intense to begin with and then it just got more and more intense. Then the older madness themes were introduced. And then it got more intense...right? I hear what you're saying about tricky though... I just thought that the mixture of the auditor and the clown should have had a theme song and since tricky is the corpse that caused the explosion, then the theme song belonged to him. But that's just what i think.
