Excellent animation
I loved the animation style. Your technique is incredible. Looking forward to the next episode! Having said that, I do think I need to point out that the voice acting needs a little work. It's not bad, but it could be better. The dialog is really the only negative part of the whole piece. Occasionally the dialog isn't very believable, to the point that it detracts from the animation. 9/10 because I absolutely love the animation and plot so far. Fix the dialog and it will be well worth a 10.

But like others have stated the voice acting needs a bit of work. I think your drawing style is top notch and needs very little improvement. However voice acting and dialogue structure could use some improvements.
To me it seemed like the lines were not pronounciated well enough and a couple of the lines just seemed off. All in all great flash just need to sharpen those voice acting skills!

I can't tell you how good the animation is, but you need some better voice acting... The ungh, and nnngg stuff was overdone... And the lines were really cheesy. But otherwise, SUPERB job!
