-pats on head-

NapalmGirl responds:

Wow thank you! Yes I do watch a lot of anime. :)

Ahh...

I hate to say it but this one wasn't your best work. The camera angles I say didn't run too smoothly and the blurring effect could've been done a better way. First of all the angles just seemed to come at random with no thought as to where they were, and the blurring effect just seemed to be thrown in as well. I believe Panda said this but I think for each angle the sound changed. Like the blurrier the camera, the worse the audio. Just throwing it out there.

I'd like to see more hopefully,
Until next time,

NapalmGirl responds:

I quite agree - this isn't my best work. I did learn something however. I did learn that people on NG will tar and feather you if you don't submit polished cartoons or cartoons featuring Video Game Sprites or video game parodies.

Well I'm not into that sort of thing personally (Sprites and Video game parodies. Originality - yes! :P) I'll stick to my own original stuff. This cartoon wasn't all that great but at least it was all hand drawn and original. :P

It was ORIGINAL crap. LOL.

Thank you for your comment. :D

Weeelllll...

i have worked with this effect many times and my recomendation is to slowly fluctuate between a clear veiw and a blurry confusing view to give an uncouncous feeling that you know what your doing and not to be so straight forward with the choppyness. one more thing, instead of making the intire audio fugged up i would make a steady pattern of fuzzy to clear reception. try playing with cheap walkie talkies to get a feel of the experience.

NapalmGirl responds:

Thank you for the kind advice. I believe out of all the reviews, your review has been the most helpful. Hmm..Yes I suppose I should vary my sound/ blurryness as to not let it appear totally fudged up. Sound advice indeed ...Pun intended. :P

it's needs to be plotted more effectively

I have just watched this and I couldn't really tell what was going on. For one the audio was completely static and i couldn't really tell if you were talking or what? It would be better to plan out your time line a little better. Which I mean by talking clearly while going through the frames at a normal and extended pace. Such as at least two/five seconds per camera view while your voice acting is progressing through the story line, explaining what is unfolding. Also increase the storyline so it does not end so quickly and you have a chance to explain what is happening. I give this a four for for the original idea but it seemed you rushed it.

NapalmGirl responds:

Thank you for your review. I sorta was hoping to duplicate the feel of how pilots interact with each other in the cockpict of their craft. Sometimes their communication sounds rather staticy. I also was trying a few new things out - namely the V-cam. And it was mostly practice. Thank you for watching.

This better be aimed a comedy...

...because, although its not even remotely funny; it would make a lot more sense. This flash is absolutely crap. Don't submit pointless flash that has no redeeming value, not even humor. You still get a 1 star review, for effort; but I'm voting 0.

NapalmGirl responds:

And a nice day to you too.
