Reviews for "Now you see me, now you don't"

Excellent!

Just like the guy below me, I felt the need to make an account just to express to you how awesome I think your music is. Your style seemingly combines all my favorite aspects of groups like Fall of Troy, Killswitch Engage and Lamb of God into one, amazing artist -- not to brand you with names of mainstream bands -- but mostly just to rationalize the epicness that is currently blasting through my speakers. I haven't heard a song of yours on here I don't like yet, which is quite a feat. Keep up the great work!

TheRealSam responds:

Wow, then I suggest you dig a bit and listen to my first recordings ahahah
Thanks a lot for the kind words, realy appreciate it! I've never realy listened to KSE or LOG, but I sure know that they've got some awesome songs :)

hey man, huge fan of your work.

had to make an account to tell you how much i appreciate your work. i recorded some vocals over this particular track and would love for you to hear it, if you were interested. i uploaded it to the audio portal, but since this is a new account it won't be available immediately.

TheRealSam responds:

Alright I'll go check it out as soon as it becomes available and give you some feedback, thanks a lot!! :)

Damn dude, sorry I'm trolling on your tracks today

But you're now one of my favorite NG artists....All of your music is extremely well though out, written, and played....Really loving all of the mathcore-ish//techy sections in this track....Really feeling a Protest the Hero/IWABO/Born of Osiris mix in this track....I really hear a lot of PTH in this song, especially with all the time/tempo changes, and especially in the clean breaks......easy 5/5 10/10 :)

TheRealSam responds:

Wow, thanks a lot! :D
Well I've never realy listened to PTH, just saw em live during the first Never Say Die tour, in Paris, and I must say I was totaly blown away (especially by the bassist, fuckin beast). Still you're right about IWABO and BOO, love these bands ^^

my face :O

this so reminds me of old "the number twelve looks like you"
haven't heard of war from a harlots mouth but im gonna give em a listen

nice track!

TheRealSam responds:

You definitely should, they deserve it! :D I have heard a bit of TNTLLY a while ago but I didn't realy payed attention to them. I think I even have a cd of them, or is it see you next tuesday? I'll go check ^^
Thanks a lot! :)

Excellent!

I'm really diggin this tune, especially those double bass drum riffs in the beginning!
Seriously though, the melodies are what make this the greatest experimental metal music I've heard in forever. At 3:38, when those tones came in, it was just pure greatness. Keep it up!

TheRealSam responds:

Ahah thanks! Yeah melody is definitely something essential to me, a priority in my work. Glad you liked it :)
