You should take more time on it.
The characters were badly cut out, there was white around the outside of them, this could be corrected by carefull zoomed in work. This was especially apparent when Namine came in, there was a vast area that was blank, this only shows me that your work was lazy and unproductive, you should take more time and correct this.

I tried, the magic wand thingy must've done that is there any way to correct it, because i really want to do a good job even if it takes a couple of weeks!

Pretty good, though I look forward to some context
I'd tend to consider this more of a teaser than a full movie, but I like what I see so far.
Overall, only one thing really bothered me about it - You have a nice big window, and use only about a tenth of it. I get that you wanted to give a sense of isolation for Riku, but perhaps you could start off with that then move in a bit to use more of the window? I dunno, just a thought.
I look forward to the next part.
