Dominantly better than the first.
I liked this one a LOT. I liked the way You made Sean Dark and Ken Light.
I hope part 3 will be even better than this. Keep on flashin HARD.

i gave it 8/10
ur style of fighting is really good.
u lack in just zooming in and out.
u should improve this.
I know this one is better than ur previous
so just keep on flashing and show some cinematic effects also.
maybe u should use some shakes and blasts in ur movie.
and last of all i really enjoyed the movie.
especially evil sean and the golden ken costumes.
keep it up.

I am very impressed, as one of your reviewers for your first submission, you have improved the quality greatly. The characters arent pixelated anymore and you have sped up the fight scene. I agree with the previous reviews that a boxed area for the play button should be added for ease of the viewer (as it is them that you want to please) and if and when you get the hang of SFX, it should be added in just to add the extra punch in your flash. But very good job.
