It was alright
a bit slow paced.. a map would help enormously on where to go.
and maybe some medkits, those drop down zombies are fun but, the frames per second are to slow for me to react in time, even in Low quality.
i dont know if anyone else had that problem.
other than that it was decent.

Never did notice them... unless you're referring to infirmary med packs, but they're already there.
