I've played the first one..like you even said, a 5 minute waster.. it got really fun when I used them specials tho, challenging. xD
This one is a little better! Power ups are fun but make it easier too anyways, this was harder as well and..I've seen this guy make fun of the game coz only the songs are cool but like.. they really are. o_0 if you could pass me them somehow.
But you know, you shouldn't feel bad if the game is only good for a few minutes, maybe that's all the person who would play the game needed, it's fun anyways.[And this one also got lotsa harder after using specials, may be a bug but I loved it] ANYWAYS! Am looking up for the third one, great job. :>

Make the backgrounds change on their own!

Pull a lumines. I'm aware that you probably can't have the music change around too much (file size limits being what they are), but I think your game would benefit a whole lot from some trippy background changeage going on.

Great Time Waster

Obviously not meant to be an "epic" sort of game but still fun. It was sufficient to waste time and was pretty fun. THere needs to be more though to make this really great. Add different powerups and maybe an upgrade system for your black (faster, more resistant to being pushed, Special upgrades) Also giving a specific goal , maybe trying to go a certain distance or even just trying to get your block up to the top of the screen would make this great. Still gets an 8 because it was stylish and well made.

Thanks for the comments, and the 8, lol. I an definitely adding purpose to the next game, more powerups, levels and more. Trying to make it more of a game and less of a 5 minute time waster. Maybe I'll succeed...

Hey I love your game, choice of music is excellent too. I was just wondering, why not have the pushies come from the sides as well? Might add some challenge if you need to avoid getting pushed in other directions other than down?
