Madness with a New Face?
It's pretty easy to see Madness's hints in this, though despite that, it's quite good. I won't say it's original, but it is fairly well done!

Quite good but ..
Quite good but just need a small bit of cleaning up ...
+The russian to English was classy and added a nice touch
+The gore/violence/action was very nice and to par with a lot of the big names (madness, etc)
+The computer user guy is interesting in his uber powers and there is limitless things you can do with him
- A bit short
-Needs a bit of cleaning up, the animation is good but it seems a bit choppy/glitchy at times
-Music was ok but maybe chose something a bit more upbeat ... not saying techno since everyone uses it but maybe something else.
