i really like the style.
it reminds me of that one animation from the animatrix with the kids jumping off the broken down building cause a glitch makes them not be able to hit the floor. also the music was catchy n suiting. the only thing i didnt get from it was the metaphor. our freedoms can confine us? confinement can only bring you down? i some how doubt he wanted to be confined like that one reviewer said, that loud sigh at the end wasnt one of relief.
Actually, alot of my recent flash work is inspired alot by the animatrix, especially that segment you pointed out. Its cool that it reminded you of it. It is definitely not an optimistic ending. Im not a big fan of happy endings...

Too esoteric for the masses probably. I think I understood your message, I just didn't find it enthralling. After considering that, the detail and art wasn't very good.

If they can't see the metaphore of the fact that this person in the film has the actual freedom to fly around without the help of some technological advance, being able to do the one thing that most people have dreams about and can only wish just to be stopped in his tracks and confined in a box, then they are fucking dumb. I liked the music as well. Yes it could have been longer but that's not the point of the film you were trying to make I believe. Kudos

I didn't really see the metaphor in the movie.
I'm not trying to knock it down, just saying that it didn't stir up anything in me.
Was it part of the message when you limited the movie to 45 seconds? because it really pulled the movie down, it left me asking, "Is that it"?
The movie also didn't give me any sense of "Confinement" as the title suggests, It only showed some guy flying and getting trapped in a box.
You could have done better with the animation and poses too.
Overall, this movie felt too >confined<.
And not in a good way.

Nice artwork and meaning behind this video. The music was really good with it. However the first few seconds into it was totally Matrix which was kind of a turn off for unorigionality. 4/5, 9/10
