um okay lets get one thing staright, I actually like Near (nyaaa mashsmallow) but I like Mello Better X3. It looked like the building was going up not down so I think you might wanna fix that. I'll give you a 5 because I hate Near. Two things I found really wrong with this flash, Near's name is Nate Rivers and when Near was falling off of the building it looked like he was "falling up"

1- I know that his name is nate rivers... but if you had read the author comment you would have read that it's a joke..
2- It's an optical effect... someone sees that he is falling down, someone that he's falling up
