Don't see why you think its crappy. It was pretty good to me. Animations weren't bad, I've seen worse, and the detail was decent too.
The sound was excellent, no slacking on quality at all, and gave life to the movie. Overrall, its pretty good.

you get a good rating for the animation and teh cool pic of Misa (BEST F*n DEATHNOTE FEMALE CHARACTER! TAKATA CAN BURN IN HELL! Oh, wait, she does... ^^),. but that song, and Mikami and L being gay, OH MY GOD! And on Light, none teh less!*shivers and shudders*
