Awesome

Perfect blend of Starfox and Gunstar Heroes

I only played through on easy mode, but on two player, by myself, it's tough keeping track of both characters on later stages, but fun :P

Probably the best side-scrolling shooter i've played in ages, and not just on Newgrounds

Solidly built and well designed.

The music was perfectly chosen, and the story was well told (admitedly some of the voice acting was a little off, but then, so was the voice acting in Starfox, so it's perfect xD )

Keep this up, i hope to see more :D

The only thing i can think of is possibly making the game a little longer, and adding power-ups, or even better, thinking up some way to have more than two players (yes i'm aware that some keyboards have limits to how many buttons can be pressed simultaneously, but surely it'll manage 3 players on a keyboard and one on the mouse)

All in all, this was brilliant, very well done ^^

Great pace, poor presentation

Good game. I loved the frantic pace, the basic premise, and the simplicity.
You nailed the voice acting and the variety of enemies was appreciated. :)
Unfortunately, it fell short in a few areas:
-More power-ups: I only played this game for roughly 7 minutes, so forgive me if I am mistaken about the lack of power-ups. Anyway, if I am correct in my assumption, power-ups would definitely step this game up a notch, especially with the multi-player aspect.
-Better art/graphics: Usually, I don't vote too harshly on graphics. I mean, it's the gameplay that counts, right? Well, in this case, you've got the gameplay down, it's just the presentation almost cheapens it a bit. I suggest your sequel has art that matches the quality gameplay..

Anyway, sweet shooter. Hope to see more of your work in da' future!
