It wasn't incredibly complex - obviously - but I was greatly enthused by the concept and the music. The song playing as you are hidden is one of the calmest, happiest songs in existence.. but then, as you reveal your flame engulfed body, the screams and heavy metal music make for a drastic change in tempo, and also draw a chuckle or two from my lips. The art was very well done, as with all of your pieces, and fit the purpose quite well. However, what I loved most about this was it's odd sense of gameplay. It involved more than just running around like a maniac. I actually had to develop a strategy in order to do well! The first time through, I only scored around 3,000 or so.. which was pretty terrible. After that, though, I noticed what would be involved in achieving a high score - enticing me to play more! The point at which you start the time even plays in as a factor. I had originally planned to rate this 9/10 and 4/5, but after realizing that I wanted to play more and more to raise my score, I've decided I'll give you the higher ratings. And since we seem to be relaying our scores to the world, I had managed a score of 43,377 on my second try. If you're getting anything lower than 20,000, you've yet to discover the secret! For all I know, I may have been able to achieve something higher.
You've done a great job on this game. It was extremely well thought out. I absolutely LOVE the use of rain! As a tree, you grow. As a flame, you are extinguished. Fantastic.

Interesting It was so funny I really didn't read the instructions the first time and so I burst into flames and it caught me WAY off guard! lol I LOVE the music especially the hidden music And the screams when your are exposed are just as awesome, I don't think its short it gives you plenty time to score and see what you can get! I love this game and recommend it to ANY one with 59 seconds to spare.
