Reviews for "Ghoulish Groove"

I love it ^-^

Reminds me of an old Mario game, Mario 64, when he was in Boo's castle. Maybe a more modern version, but still good.

Makes me feel like I'm watching my brothers play it again(yes, I watched them. That game was hard back then!) in Boo's castle.

Good job & Favorited :]

I feel like...

I could use this in the future. Very cinematic sound to me. Faved.

I know why you're getting 0 bombed, jealousy, this is AMAZING!!! Totally using it and love this!

Pretty good

I actually really liked the feel of this. The drums were pretty great and really made the track in my opinion, if it weren't for the drums this song would probably be annoying.

The synths and melodies going on are actually all pretty good, it definitely sounds like a song that could appear in a spooky setting in a lighthearted video game. All in all, this is a very good track, good work. Not much I can say in terms of improving this.

Darkmaster603 responds:

Well good thing the drums were in it, I'm glad it wasn't too annoying then. Thanks for the review.

Cool and creepy at the same time

0This is a very cool song. I like the groovy start of the loop, it sounds really awesome. I like the build up of the song. Starting with only one instrument and introducing more and more instruments the longer the song goes.

The song gets even more awesome when you introduce the pipe organ and the creepy background noises. Now the "cool" atmosphere of the first half of the song is completly gone and it's been replaced by an atmosphere that can send shivers down your spine.

If that was in a game the level could start out all easy and friendly and then when you enter a cave/house/etc the creepy part of the song could start. Would be a very cool effect. :)
