Why is the score so low on this?
Probably because of jackasses who don't know how rotoscoping works (I assume you rotoscoped the character, anyway).
Anyway,I thought it was pretty funny, the character moved very smoothly, which must have been a pain to rotoscope, and the background worked well. Pretty much all of the animation was fresh and quite shiny, which is very good. The sounds worked quite well, especially the sounds of the little man.
The only flaw is the length of the piece. I want more of this from you.
Smooth Actions
I'll admit you did a fine job turing a person into a character. Some moments are funny too. Still I would expect more ways to have fun in there. Different methods. Keep a good eye on some common things that a computer can do and use those ideas all together instead of a few.
