I would agree, although at the same time where I ended was the best spot in the story for a 'cliffhanger'.

That is the point. The title is a direct reference to that episode. So, it's not plagiarism or something, if that's what you're thinking. However, if I failed to make it obvious that this was an homage to Trek, then I'll be more obvious in Episode 2.

the plot was a little loose but the humor was good. And this definitely will be protected because its a clock flash. LEts see how the second one turns out
