VVVVVGOOD POINTSVVVVV
it gives off a thick air of mystery and a casual feeling radiates off this episode that i havent seen in much ng flashes. these two mixed together makes the base for your flash.the artwork was amazing and i love that sort of animation. my compliments to the guy who made the flash of the little bird drinking water. that must've been hard to animate and i can tell. what, with the water moving in a way that contradicts the wooden birds movements perfectly. the drawing of the sun setting in the backround while evan is falling off the cliff is absolutely amazing. the voice acting is solid and once again compliments to the chefs. one of the flaws in the voice acting though was the grandfathers voice but at the same time i realise how hard it must be to pretend to have a voice that is like 60 years older than you. i have no doubt in my mind that this is very well one of ng's best along with the ranks of the 'castle' and 'brackenwood' series. i give the graphics an 8 but keep in mind that this is in comparison to the graphics in artwork such as "waterlollies" and "the composer".

i can only think of 3 at the moment and those 3 would be:
1. speed up the process of the series instead of stalling with an incredibly thick air of mystery
2. but dont speed it up too much u might just end up like 'goth lyfe'
and
3. MAKE. MORE. EPISODES.

Thanks for taking the time to go in such depth! I hear what you're saying about needing to speed up the process to get to the answers quickly but It'll have to wait :P. They'll come and when they do, the hurt of the wait will be gone instantly. Giving me an 8 for graphics in comparison to Adam Phillips' work is a big compliment. Don't worry! More episodes will follow.
Good, but, eh?
Well, the story is being pretty hard to undersand. The voice acting was not been to clean, witch gives it real atmosphere, but because english is not my mother language, it is sometimes confusing. For the next episode, please try to make turn-off able english subtitles.
Also sometimes, the speed of animation turned out very bad, for example when the boy climbed on the ladder, even on the low quality. witch is pretty strange, because my machine is not so bad (dualcore 3.2GHz, 2Gb ram)
In overall the flash is great, and thrilling. I will for sure wait for next episode.

That speed is a personal choice. Evan is a very cautious boy and towards the end, to express his fear, I tried to speed up his movements. Unfortunately, this will lag some computers. I'm surprised it lagged yours though. You do have a nice setup. I hope you enjoy the next ep and thanks for watching!
A vast improvement on the first part
Watched the first part like you said, and see that your animation skills haven't faded. Enjoyed this one more than the last, but still feel that it is lacking a certain something. The bizarre characters are enjoyable without being annoying and I can see potential out of the lot of them. Cliffhanger was annoying too, given the time between submissions but then again don't rush to get it out and lack the attention to detail.
Overall, its AWESOME!
This was great! Everything is good except you need to make your animation more fluid and include more movement in the hands and knees. Looking forward to the next one
