Reviews for "SBC's Cookie Clockmas!"

Awesome.

Wow, now this is one of the better submissions I have seen around, not only for the humor, but for the simple work put into it. The subtitles alone made me love it, but the humor really entertained me. The storyline was simple and fun and it truly worked out well for the audiance. The graphics were good, although not great or anything special they did the job they intended to, and it worked out niceley. Overall, well what can I say? You can enjoy this submission with sound or no sound, and I have to say it's my favorite Christmas submission so far this year. Great stuff.

RupeeClock responds:

Thank you, this kind of feedback means a lot to me, it really does.

eh, it was pretty funny

i guess it was actually pretty good. i still can never get over how clock voices are done though for all clock movies in general, but despite that, it was a good movie. also, i gotta say, weird ending...

RupeeClock responds:

Maybe I should try real voices sometime, they can be great.

Take his wallet!

Surprisingly, this was actually kinda funny. Good work.

RupeeClock responds:

Thank you. :)

Nicely done Rupee, another little FBF diddy from yaz. Christmas around Clocktopia just wouldn't be the same without ya would it? Oh... you say it's January now and I'm horribly late to review this movie? Interesting... SBC was very intense in his kitchen shenanigans, with lots of explosive anime noises... So action packed. Pink frosting is some pretty magical stuff now that you mention it. Nice use of the Wii music as you accept your fatal snack. Turning into Rupeji(sp) was a pretty slick trick... almost makes me wonder what it would do to the other clocks ;D A nice toon, warm and cheery... slightly less Christmasy than others, but was still nice. You did a good job with your audio and voices as usual, creating one nice piece overall :)

Sorry for being so slow ;P

RupeeClock responds:

DDD

If I plan to go ahead with an idea I have, you'll see how the cookie really fits in I guess.

Merry Christmas!

I'm so glad to have seen this when Christmas is coming up! I do feel that there could have been more jokes, but it was still a good cartoon for the most part. The best sequence was when you turned into a man monster thing. I was disappointed when it ended there! It makes me realize that I don't think my mom has made Christmas cookies for the past two years. There's just so many things going on, it's hard to keep up with the season.

The animation moves fairly fluidly in this. It must be great to win the Daily Feature for something submitted on Christmas Day! I wonder what the cookies actually tasted like? It's nice to see StrawberryClock in his standard environment being his goofy self. I hope you and all the other Clock Crew members have a great Christmas this year too!
