You seem somewhat new, so let me give ya a pointer, if you havent allready made more flash and figured it out yourself. You might wana try a higher frame rate. The animations of the sprites seemed a bit slow.
Not a huge sprite-fan myself but you were able to get good quality sprites, and didn't muss up the movie clips (Like alot of spriters usually do to an anoying extent) so kudos.
Hope ta see more of ya.
(By the way, I only wrote a comment for constructive critism, not to give a rateing. But sence you motavated me to review at all heres a 10 for you! XD)

At first i thought it was going to be boring.....
I WAS WRONG LOL WHO CARS ABOUT A BACKGROUND LIKE A MOVIE LIKE THIS. Also the pause and play buttons could of been smaller

I'm a sonic fan too just as much as you....atleast i was Lmao. Sonic hates all his fans and what really cracked me up is wen tails said you use proper grammar and every said "lol wut, lmao, and hahahahaha!!!!!!!1111oneone!!" That was damn funny xD
