Thanks for the review, and every Christmas I try to make a new Christmas Crisis, so stay tuned!

Thanks for the review!

Impressive

It was pretty funny, except for the voices. Touch those up and you've got yourselves a great flash.

madarkwasp responds:

Thank you, unfortunately some of the voices were rushed, so they weren't as clear or as professional as expected. Thanks for your review!

ok but could have been better

the only problem is everyone had the same voice practicly, you coulda got a few friends to be voice actors and it wasnt super funny i mean most of the humor i have heard or seen on tv :S

madarkwasp responds:

Well, still glad you enjoyed the Flash movie!

A question

Was that big brown weapon the BFG?

madarkwasp responds:

The big Brown one was the Railgun from Quake 2/3/4. The BFG was the one that was fired at the zombies beside the train.

Happy holidays!

Neat idea...

...but not the greatest execution.

The overall premise is pretty funny, not to mention original (at least I think... this is the first time I've ever seen Santa creating zombies). Everything else unfortunately was lackluster.

The animation was average. There were several times when I saw the repeated use of symbols that were either only slightly changed or even identical. One of the biggest examples that I noticed was when they woke up after crashing their snow-scooter thing, the guy with the shotgun was walking backwards and shooting; the problem was his feet were moving forward. Unless of course you intended him to be moonwalking there, in which case my mistake =P

The artwork wasn't terrible, but not particularly good either. My biggest annoyance with the artwork was the perspective. There was always something glaringly too big or too small, it distracted me from the story.

The voice acting was very lackluster. Some of the time it had the right emphasis and a decent amount of effort. Most of the time it made me feel sleepy though... which sucked all the more combined with the fact the story dragged, and dragged. Honestly, I couldn't finish it, I got way too bored.

Please understand, these criticisms are meant to be constructive. Most if not all of the problems I mentioned can just be fixed by some simple practice. While this wasn't a terrific flash, it was a good attempt and I see lots more potential than I do in many other flashes. So... keep practicing.

madarkwasp responds:

You've never moon walked and shot a zombie?!
Heh, on a serious note though, glad you enjoyed the Flash, I do appreciate to see critism, especially told by someone who sounds like they know what they're talking about! As for the views/angles, I know what you mean where everything seemed either too far away or too close up. Unfortunately with 2 months to make this Flash, I couldn't get everything perfect, but I'm definately satisfied with how it turned out. As for the voice acting...well, it wasn't perfect, but hey, look back at my first Christmas Crisis. It's all captioned with no voices *shudders*

Regardless, I appreciate the response, the time to gimme you $0.02, and have yourself a great Holiday NEDT7!
