that was fun, but not in the way i would perfer... ill mark it

level 1: i found it way to laggy even with low quality... it ended up with me just pressing A as fast as posible... and ocaisionally moving up and down. the toy soldiers shot bullets EVERYWHERE: 2/5

level 2:TOO MANY ENIMIES AT ONE TIME! it was nearly impossible to dodge any enimies! but, i liked that you dont just move left and right, by hovering up:3/5

3: my favourite level here. practicly indestructotank with, christmasy theme: 4/5

4: this one gave me a problem... i found it impossible to not hit anything! i didnt even try to move up and down: 1/5

5: not bad, but both the nutcracker and the mouse were to weak, making it a little boring when fighting it but nothing else. 3.5/5

music/miscellania: wow! this was the best part of the game! the music fit every level perfectly! it had the element of randomness in its funny. i like that: 5/5

things to improve on: more attacks. its not fun to make combos by just pressing one button. slow down some levels! its high paced and extremely imposible to get a perfect score, or try making the screen bigger and moving things farther away... its too clustered.

well i hope you have time to fully read this review! keep on making some good games! total score 3.5/5 7/10

okay...

not only did you make a good game but you also made me relive my frustrated childhood playing Battletoads. For the first I love you for the second I hate you and everything you stand for. Good job.

Great concept, Good music, Questionable gamepaly.

Overall I really liked the game but it does need some improvements. First, whatever that high pitched *ba-zing* noise that playes when you first get on the horse and again just before you fight the rat king is WAY too loud. It's probably not to noticeable with speakers but I'm wearing headphones and I have the volume set up to hear the music fine and that noise plays and A little blood comes out.
The only other main problem I had was that the nutcracker was too slow on all but the indostructo tank level. The leaf level is hard as hell, I have no idea how you're supposed to get 3600 points with out getting hit. I was able to doge about one third of the total guys. The controlls are just way too sluggish to avoid the guys.
Other quick suggestions would be
1. More attacks (the punch is too whimpy for the final boss)
2. Let people know that the last boss is timed.
3. The horse part needs some reworking (when the music starts getting fast the only way you can avoid the walls is to memorize where they are)
Otherwise I think you have a very enjoyable game here, keep it up.

On the final boss, did you try the kicks and air punch/kicks? They're much more effective than the punches.
