Another out-of-the-park piece of work Sab! Great lines, delightful use of colors. There seems to be a perspective issue between the bowl, cards and demon babe though (you have a pretty heavy thing for them....) The piece says volumes about the character involved too. Smoky room, long cigarette, clothed only in her hair. I've seen similar kinda of characters... That kind of "ultra-mature" disposition that stems more from confidence but also a sort of laid-backness. Very nice!
Seeing this makes me wonder. When you get back to digital (no rush! loving all this stuff!), I'd be interested to see if you could make a cool picture using only one color but different shades. CMYK, right? Just adjust the K value. I bet you could do something really cool!

Ah yeah I see what you mean with the bowl and cards. Dang it. I made the same mistake with the bigger painting too. :T
Ah well. And do you mean monochromatic for the digital stuff? I've tried it a few times. It's pretty fun. But you're right though! I'm overdue to try it out again!

I probably spent a bit too much time planning this one but I'm somewhat happy with it now! :)
The original is one of my favourite pieces that you've uploaded, and I really dig this colour scheme. I'll definitely keep an eye out for this to go on sale.
This looks awesome! I love the calm colors and everything... I wish I had an art teacher that would draw like that. I also really like the way you do smoke, it's very unique.
