:) thank you, and yes, plants with lots of flowers, (like 99, like yours), can get very laggy :D. But when they're done that should clear up.

Quite cute. I really enjoyed it, spent a few hours splicing and dicing and watching evolution take its course. It would be cooler if there were animals or other creatures involved. But good for starters.
I thought about animals, but that might be a bit hard. Would the animals eat the flowers or interact with them? Maybe bees flying around? Something like that?

You are very right. But I couldn't come up with any goals that made sense (since all plants are equal, DNA-wise). Any suggestions?

Great concept, now do something with it
More of an app than a game. It would be nice if there were some objectives, say "try to achieve this flower" or if certain genetic codes were more valuable than others which would allow you to buy new seeds, or if certain genetic codes affected things like seed dispersal, cold weather survivability, fruit production, etc., or if you added in animals who would eat the flowers andthat would cut down on poulation, but also disperse seeds. It is an excellent starting Idea, but I just think that there is alot more that could be done.
I don't know why other people didn't find this helpful. They are all very good suggestions, and things that I've been considering myself.
