Reviews for "Max Mesiria Chp3 RPG"

Well...

What Kirtar said below was true. The first two chapters were groovy, but you changed too many things I liked about the game. I give you five stars for you efforts in making the whole series, but other than that its a fail. Perhaps you should try a remake from scratch. /RossDeBoss Out/

Downgraded

Ok, so I was looking forward to playing this, having recently been introduced to the series, and I've played all of them.

1st one was good for what it was, and intro to the story. 2nd one was a full fledged game, and was ahmazing. 3rd... not so much. Let's break it down:

Bad move switching from spacebar to mouse for town actions. Everything was layed out on the keyboard nicely, but unless you're left handed the mouse thing is going to be a pain. If you gave the option of alternate control schemes, however, I'm sure this problem would clear right up.

Music was good overall, hated the town themes, 'cept for the bars, I liked the jazzy feel. Battle music was as great as always.

It was pretty for a flash, even on medium settings, while it run with almost no noticeable lag.

Battle controls were fabulous. One thing I must say, though, is that when there's one enemy left on the screen, I don't like having to mouse over and click on the sometimes miniscule enemy when it's obvious I'm going to attack it.

Frankly, shopping in this game sucks. I want to go inside the stores! I want to be able to talk to the people! The only places where you can actually go inside are the taverns. (You know, the buildings where you can't interact with anything).

There's so much of everything that you seem more distant from the people. You can talk to them a lot less. Now given, I'm sure you didn't have time to put in things for everyone to say or something of the like, I just thought I might include it.

Barrels and vases and puddles, oh my! Why can't I look into them? Or inspect them? Not good, I miss that from the second game.

And, as a final note, Gustave is still an unmotivated prick for the most part. But I've grown to love him that way XD

ch2 was so much better..

I really liked ch1 and 2 but this third chapter is really really slow and have so many flaws

switching controls from space bar to left clic was not a smart move.

Sure the world is bigger but now it seriously lack interactivity, with dozens of doors, caracters, barrels now just part of the background.

ON TOP OF THAT there is a bug that make your character desappear into thin air for good when changing room in houses, possibly when you get into a random battle just before you get to the door.

that's really a shame.. coming to this after two great games that really deserved 10

very well done!

It feels like the rpgs that I have for the PSX. The storyline seems a little to abrupt though. Will there be further installments? This one was submitted a while ago. I hope you haven't abandoned the series...

good but

it needs more to it i know this is only beta but more places to go would be nice and side quest would be nice but otherwise good game im really looking foward to improvments in the future
