we mstve had a lot of really good submissions for this to be turd of the week.

At least it looks presentable... i mean its not like the next big flash or anything... but turd of the week? thats a bit much. Its not that bad.

Definitly needs a story, and a real play button. You made it sound like everyone is an idiot.

while yes, I realize it was your first flash, it was very, sub-par to put it nicely.
Some suggestions i could give you would be:
1. Next time maybe draw something instead of using game footage
2. Make it longer
3. Add more action (people seem to like lots of action)
4. Add a actual story (Mario just fire-blasted a koopa, not really a story)
5. Try submitting things to NG alpha, and get suggestions from them on what to improve, and go from there.
