Regarding shops
I'm also fine with having no shops. Give me as much fantastic and unreal stuff in a game as you want, but if you add something real-world into a game, it should work the way it does in real life. RPG shops are simply not economically correct.
Also, since you constantly find higher level weapons, a shop would be somewhat superfluous.

Great, with classic style you create a great game for flash, one of better flash games i played.
Now you can add a lot of things to make this game better, more monsters, better graphics, more dungeons, shops, towns, etc etc...

I enjoyed this very much. I am also glad you kept shops out of this... too much complexity, I think. Infinite mode about sums up any limit to how far this game goes. 10/10
